The Arlington of Naples Exceeds Presales Goal, Move Toward Groundbreaking

Lutheran Life Communities has announced that it has exceeded its presales goal for The Arlington of Naples, the new luxury resort-style Continuing Care Retirement Community planned for development in Naples’ award-winning Lely Resort. Meeting this goal is an important bond requirement and allows Lutheran Life Communities to proceed with the project.

In May, construction drawings for the health care pavilion were submitted to the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration. In addition, the competitive bidding process is underway for selection of a general contractor.

“Excitement about The Arlington has been amplified since we reached—and exceeded—our presales goal,” said Roger Paulsberg, president and CEO of Lutheran Life Communities. “Greeting each new Founder has been most rewarding as we watch our Arlington family grow stronger and stronger.”

Less than 25 percent of the community’s residences are still available, divided among apartments and villas. For people who make a deposit before the project breaks ground, The Arlington is currently offering financial incentives and the ability to customize their residences.

Paulsberg concludes “As we look toward groundbreaking, our goal remains the same: to faithfully serve and exceed the expectations of each individual who has chosen The Arlington of Naples.”
