E. Michael Ciesla, an experienced attorney in securities and corporate law at Ciesla & Ciesla, P.C., was a recent presenter at the symposium, “Off Wall Street: Pre-IPO Investing and the Future of Private Placement Trading.” The symposium was offered by Michigan State University College of Law with the purpose of discussing new trends and legislation that has an impact on private placement trading.
The symposium was held in the morning and started off with a welcome and continental breakfast from the dean of Michigan State University College of Law. Ciesla spoke to attendees from around the country about how to structure a private placement offering, using his 16 years of experience in securities and corporate law to illustrate his points.
