The customer service was just outstanding. Almost every time I called I spoke to a real person and my problem was addressed in a friendly, confident and professional way.

National yearbook company, Entourage Yearbooks has just completed their eighth yearbook season with great success according to their customers. In a recent survey sent to Entourage Yearbooks customers, results show Entourage to have continued to earn excellent scores in customer service.

“Providing the best customer service possible is the core of our company mission statement,” said Entourage Yearbooks Marketing Manager, Kelly Dunford. “We are thrilled with the results of this latest survey and strive to continue this level of service or better.”
