Inktel Contact Center Solutions finishes a successful first half of 2013 with new customer service programs.

The first half of 2013 has brought significant new business to Inktel Contact Center Solutions. Through both new business acquisition and expansion from existing partners, Inktel has strategically aligned their business solutions to meet the demand for expanded contact center services.

With rapid expansion of several existing partners, Inktel hit the ground running in Q1. 2013 began with the expansion of a national, home-style cooking, restaurant leader, who added catering services to compliment their existing online ordering management program. In addition, a long time partner with one of the world’s largest retailers added social media customer service to Inktel’s plate as well as a strategic outbound initiative for their education division. Also in the first three months of the year, one of Inktel’s prestigious telecom clients expanded their business with new outbound B2B programs focusing on high end, value-add solutions.

In the second quarter, Inktel welcomed new partners into their client portfolio in a wide range of industries. Inktel coordinated one of its largest training classes to date with the addition of a government support project to aid victims of Super storm Sandy with 140 new employees. ICCS also aligned themselves to support student intake for a leading online education provider across multiple channels including inbound, outbound, social, chat, and email. Rounding out the quarter and further proving their expertise in the off premise catering industry, Inktel welcomed the addition of an international franchise restaurant chain with over 400 locations.
