In an effort to spread the word about how self-directed IRAs work, Advanta IRA is offering a client referral program. This program encourages current clients to discuss the advantages of self-directing their IRAs and other accounts.

Largo, FL (PRWEB) July 02, 2013

As self-directed accounts become more popular, investors are realizing the importance of being in control of their own investment choices. Self-directed IRAs allow a myriad of alternative investments such as real estate, notes, mortgages, tax certificates and liens, precious metals, private placements and more. Investments are made solely at the discretion of the account owner, and are based on the account owner’s knowledge and comfort level of each investment.

"In an effort to spread the word about how self-directed IRAs work, Advanta IRA is offering a client referral program. This program encourages current clients to discuss the advantages of self-directing their IRAs and other accounts," says Jack Callahan, Managing Partner of Advanta IRA Services out of Largo, Florida, and Advanta IRA Administration out of Atlanta, Georgia. Advanta IRA provides a client referral voucher redeemable by existing clients to offset administrative fees of their current IRA accounts with Advanta IRA. Clients who wish to participate are given vouchers and encouraged to discuss the benefits of self-directed IRAs to friends and fellow investors. The client is to provide a voucher to people who are interested in self-directing their accounts. For each voucher that is presented by a new client who decides to join Advanta IRA’s team, the existing client receives $50 off future administrative fees. If existing clients refer enough new clients to Advanta IRA, the administrative fees for existing clients’ IRAs can be offset completely the following year…meaning, their IRAs may be administrated for free. New clients who present this voucher are eligible for $10 off their initial administrative fee.

"This is just one more way Advanta IRA strives to educate individuals on the benefits of self-directed IRAs," says Callahan. For more information, please contact our office and one of our team members will answer all your questions.

Rules and other important information about our client referral program can be found by visiting our website at http://www.advantaira.com. The downloadable voucher can also be viewed and printed from our website.

Advanta IRA Services (Largo, Florida) and Advanta IRA Administration (Atlanta, Georgia) specialize in the administration of self-directed IRAs. Both locations are managed by Jack Callahan, JD, CFP™. Self-directed accounts allow investors to choose their own investments based on their knowledge of investment vehicles instead of relying on third parties to make investment decisions for them. Advanta IRA is committed to educating clients in using self-directed IRAs to invest in alternative investments. In pursuit of diversity and control of their own retirement funds, clients invest in a variety of real estate assets including rental properties, rehabs and raw land.
