Keynote addresses included Erik Wahl, the internationally recognized graffiti artist and author of Un-think; Joe Calloway, best-selling author of Becoming A Category of One, consultant and restaurant owner; and Stefan Swanepoel, leading visionary on real estate trends, business strategies, and technology.Erik Painting 3An extraordinary and compelling speech was delivered by Phillip White, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC about the growth and future success of the brand. Wendy S. Purvey, Chief Marketing Officer, delivered an innovative overview of the brand’s 2013 “Anthology” marketing program. An interactive digital marketing app developed utilizing the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite. Sotheby’s Auction House executive speakers included; Henry Howard-Sneyd and Amy Todd-Middletown, both conveying the future growth and marketing direction of the Auction House. Richard A. Smith, Chairman, Chief Executive Office and President, Realogy Holdings Corp and Alexander E. Perriello, President and Chief Executive Office, Realogy Franchise Group delivered informative and educational speeches on the current and future real estate markets.

The days did not end there. The afternoons were filled with two days of informative, educational and interactive breakout sessions including; LIVE the Brand success follows (with guest panelist Julia Miller, Heritage House SIR), High Net Worth Selling, Social Media Sushi, The Consultative Selling Approach, Going Global, Real Estate Investment for Foreign Investors, the Magic of Mobile and more…

We took our weary eyes, overflowing brains, and enthusiasm from the daytime speeches, presentations, and learning to networking with global affiliates over dinner, dancing and entertainment. It was great; we look forward to connecting again!
