McLaren Software, a leader in engineering document control and project collaboration solutions, announced the appointment of Bill Stephenson as Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations overseeing global sales, professional services and customer support.
Bill joins McLaren from IHS, Inc., where he was Vice President of Sales, Global – Energy Technical Analytics, responsible for the IHS geoscience and engineering software application business. Bill joined IHS via the acquisition of Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc., where he joined in 2008. Prior to that, Bill was at BindView Corporation for 11 years, which was acquired by Symantec Corporation in 2006. Bill has a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
