Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation Now Offers TRX Fitness Training
(PRWEB) July 24, 2013 -- Thanks to the N.A.V.Y. Seals, there is a new way for members of Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation to enjoy a 20-minute workout designed to use supporting straps and body weight alone. Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation has launched TRX Fitness Training, a form of suspension training that uses more than 300 leveraged exercises for people of all ages and skill level. There are no heavy weights or equipment involved which reduces risk of injury.
People who already enjoy Pilates or Yoga tend to like TRX due to some technique crossovers. Runners, cyclists, and even power lifters enjoy this endurance workout once they see how effective it can be.
