Since joining the Conservatory Outlet Network we have increased our enquiry yield from the internet, our sales team has been reinvigorated thanks to the training and sales aids provided

Newcastle-based Pennine Home Improvements has joined the Conservatory Outlet Network of Dealers to become the one and only dealer for the North East region.
An award-winning installer with its previous supplier, Pennine has assumed exclusivity as a Conservatory Outlet Dealer in Newcastle, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland and Cleveland - an area with a population of more than 2.6 million people which neighbours existing Conservatory Outlet Dealers: Orion Windows in North Yorkshire; Kendal-based Planet South Lakes; and Mitchell Glass on the Scottish Borders.
Pennine Home Improvements boasts a half million pound show site in the North Tyneside district of Longbenton, numerous satellite branches, a 14-strong sales force and 18 fitting teams.
The partnership was marked by a presentation day for the sales team of Pennine Home Improvements which was co-hosted, rather fittingly, by Geordie and industry specific sales trainer Paul Clifton who regularly works with Conservatory Outlet and its network of installer customers. Paul opened proceedings by thanking Conservatory Outlet for joining forces with an installer in the North East, saying: "It’s refreshing to be able to speak Geordie for once, instead of having to speak English all the time!" in reference to the work he does across the whole of the UK for the fabricator’s other regional dealers.
This was not just a one off gesture though and Paul Clifton will now deliver a full programme of retail sales training tailored for Pennine Home Improvements and completely funded by Conservatory Outlet to complement the fully optimised, lead generating website also provided.
"We do a lot of research in the regions that do not have a Conservatory Outlet Dealer, striving to find the best installer in each location, but this groundwork wasn’t necessary in the North East," said Conservatory Outlet sales director, Greg Kane. "Pennine Home Improvements’ reputation precedes itself and this partnership is considered as a huge coup for Conservatory Outlet."
Pennine Home Improvements managing director, Graham Auld, added: "Pennine is and has long been a thriving company which has sought to make improvements even when there is seemingly no scope to do so. Since joining the Conservatory Outlet Network we have increased our enquiry yield from the internet, our sales team has been reinvigorated thanks to the training and sales aids provided, and the proactive nature of the Network has more than lived up to my expectations."
