The multifunctional web office TeamLab is replenished with the new toolset that allows users to manage email more efficiently and improves business communication. Working with Mail aggregator extends to all business processes that ensure collaboration of all the departments and aims at the team work optimization.

One of the important advantages of TeamLab Mail is the ability to manage one or multiple email accounts of free webmail as well as corporate services. Messages are grouped together in chains and make sequences of related emails forming the correspondence. Checking all the mailboxes in one place, right in the web office without wasting time makes collaboration simple and prompt. Portal members can send messages to several addresses simultaneously, attach documents from a local disk and work with project or CRM files.

The Mail aggregator is well integrated with other modules of the TeamLab cloud office. Messages received from any contact in CRM are marked with the corresponding tags and new contacts are added to the customer database in one click. As for Document Management, the files received by e-mail can be edited and managed directly in the Online Office Apps.

Along with arranging messages TeamLab provides the function of creating tags that will simplify the search of the required message. The convenience of mail management is also reinforced with such features as the access to message history and the connection account from Google Mail.
