Cuenca in Ecuador was deemed to have the best climate, whilst Belize was most popular when it came to being expat friendly and having a good foreign residency program. Receiving the best overall grades across all categories were Cuenca, Ecuador, Medellin in Colombia, Georgetown in Malaysia and Panama City Beaches, Panama.
