Vermont Ice Maple Crème Liqueur

Boyden Valley Winery and Spirits, a producer of award-winning wines and cream liqueurs, is excited to announce its brand new Vermont Ice Apple and Maple Crème Liqueurs. These multi-award winning cream liqueurs are made with only the most exceptional ingredients, including Vermont estate maple syrup and Vermont grown, premium handpicked apples.

Located on the hillsides of the Green Mountain state, Boyden Valley is proud to be the first craft distilled company in the United States to specialize in cream liqueurs. Carefully craft distilled in small batches, Boyden creams deliver an exquisite drinking experience that reflects the care, time and provenance of the ingredients that go into each bottle.

Unlike the competition, which uses neutral grain spirits, Boyden Valley features craft-distilled apple brandy from the best varieties (Northern Spy, Macintosh and Empire) of premium, handpicked Vermont apples for flavor and complexity. They combine that with their own premium Ice Cider and estate produced maple syrup for a unique tasting experience. On the rocks, with coffee, or in creative cocktails, Boyden creams set the standard in the category.

“It was really quite simple, we had two goals in mind when we decided to enter the spirits market - to be the first craft distiller in the U.S. to specialize in cream liqueurs, and to produce the best quality all natural cream liqueurs anyone has ever tasted,” said David Boyden, owner of Boyden Valley Winery and Spirits. “People are really blown away, they just haven’t seen this kind of quality in cream liqueurs before. The flavors that come through from the Vermont Ice Cider and maple syrup are just truly amazing.”

The Vermont Ice Apple Crème has won numerous awards including a Gold Medal in the San Diego International Wine Competition and Best In Class at the Indy International Wine Competition. Just introduced this past winter, the Vermont Ice Maple Crème has also taken home the Gold Medal at the San Diego International Wine Competition as well as a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and earned a score of 85 at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

Boyden Valley’s cream liqueurs can currently be purchased in select liquor stores in New England or online at http://www.boydenvalley.com, with extended distribution across the country taking place starting in September. MSRP for a 750 ml bottle of the Vermont Ice Maple Crème Liqueur is $27.99 and $29.99 for the Vermont Ice Apple Crème Liqueur.
