In this new position, Ms. Nemetz will lead the customer support efforts associated with Scheidt & Bachmann’s hardware, software, field and hosting services lines of business. With over 25 years of relevant experience, Ms. Nemetz has previously held senior Service roles with Stratus Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Enterasys Networks.
