Intarya the London based interior and architectural design firm has been short listed for the International Design and Architecture Awards for 2013.
“This is very good for recognition for Intarya within the interior design world”, says Daniel Kostiuc (MD of Intarya).
The International Design & Architecture Awards celebrate the best in interior design, architecture and innovation from throughout the world. Their aim is to celebrate design, recognize talent, create opportunities and quite simply to offer inspiration. Unlike most awards the beauty of the International Design and Architecture Awards is that entrants will be judged by other industry professionals, readers and subscribers of the magazine and general public.
In 2013 the awards are divided into 3 areas : Design and Architecture, Hotel and Property and Products. 6 Intarya projects have been shortlisted in the following categories :
Category 1 - Residential £1-2.5 Million.
Category 2 - Residential £2.5-5 Million.
Category 3 - Residential £5 Million Plus.
Category 4 – Living Space.
Category 5 - Kitchen Design (Over £50,000).
The votes are then added up and the winner is selected based purely on the most number of votes gained.
Founded in 1994, Intarya has continued to deliver its vision of enhancing the inherent character of the architecture and location of some of London’s most prestigious residential addresses. Most recently, Daniel and his team has completed the sympathetic interior of a luxury 3 bedroom apartment at The Lancasters, which has successfully blended the grand Grade II Listed façade with a luxurious high attention to detail where every element of the design has been researched, considered, tailor-made and hand-crafted, unlocking the property’s potential.
