Considering the multifaceted summer growth and development Christmas Central experienced, consumers can anticipate an even greater expansion of our product line in the future.
Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) August 30, 2013
Christmas Central, a locally owned Western New York business, has stimulated the local economy this summer by increasing staff numbers. Beginning in July 2013, Christmas Central acquired an additional 13 office employees and 20 warehouse employees, whose areas of expertise include customer service, commercial sales, creative solutions, and merchandise handling. At this current rate, plans to create an additional 40 job opportunities by the end of the year are on track.
With staff now totaling over 85 people, Christmas Central expects to see a continuing rise in productivity, orders, and growth, already having experienced a large spike in merchandise expansion – most notably, a large variety of shatterproof ornaments and battery-operated lights.
From the start of the summer, over 70 containers holding thousands of boxes of products have been shipped to the Buffalo, NY warehouse to be sorted, recorded, and stored until purchase. In fact, a total of 186 containers are expected to arrive at the warehouse by the end of the summer season.
“This is still an ever-progressing and evolving company,” Nathan Gordon, CIO of Christmas Central, explained. “Considering the multifaceted summer growth and development Christmas Central experienced, consumers can anticipate an even greater expansion of our product line in the future.”
