The incident of alleged fraud occurred at approximately 5:30pm on July 31. According to the report, after asking to see a mobile phone from the display, a female customer told a member of staff that she wished to buy the item and subsequently handed over money. It was as the cashier counted the money that the woman concealed the phone in her hand. After the cashier found that the woman had handed her an insufficient sum of money, the customer’s money was returned to her.
