Four Points by Sheraton Arlington Downs is Slated to Open in January 2015 as Part of a New Mixed-Use Development

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) today announced that its fast-growing Four Points by Sheraton brand will soon debut in Northwest Chicago’s Greater Woodfield Area. Four Points by Sheraton - Arlington Downs will open in January 2015 as part of a highly anticipated urban redevelopment project in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Owned by Arlington Devco LLC, the newly constructed hotel will offer 161 spacious rooms and all the extras guests appreciate.

Just 20 minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and walking distance to the Metra rail for a 35 minute ride to downtown Chicago, the hotel will also offer proximity to Arlington Park Race Track, Woodfield Mall and Metropolis Performing Arts Center.
