Air Trek, Inc. is pleased to announce that we are one of the newest charter operators to join The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF). In addition to 105 other companies, Air Trek supports the mission of the ACSF to raise the safety bar in the on-demand charter and fractional industry.

“Our membership heightens the validity of our company philosophy. We are very pleased to have the support of the ACSF in our commitment to safety,” said Dana Carr, Vice President and Director of Operations of Air Trek.

We look at joining the ACSF as going hand-in-hand with Air Trek’s Chief Pilot, Wayne A. Carr, receiving the 2012 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Pilot Safety award for operating business aircraft for a total of 19,000 or more consecutive hours without an accident involving damage to property or injury to persons. Wayne A. Carr has also previously received an Aviation Safety Award for “outstanding support of aviation safety program activities in the general aviation community” directly from The Federal Aviation Administration. Safety always has been and will continue to be the cornerstone of Air Trek’s business model.

Air Trek Air Ambulance, one of the nation’s oldest air ambulance services, is a family owned and operated air medical program that has been providing aeromedical transportation services for over 35 years. “Air Trek has the shared attitude among their team members that safety above and beyond what is considered regulatory must be a core value for their company,” noted ACSF President Bryan Burns.

Furthermore, Air Trek’s services include an Aircraft Charter & Luxury Travel department serving the entire Western Hemisphere. Flying first class 24-hours a day, 7-days a week has never been easier with a private jet charter service. Whether it’s a trip for business or pleasure, Air Trek can handle it all.

The ACSF has developed the industry audit standard, an all-inclusive audit tailored for Part 135 and 91K operators that acts as a detailed gap analysis of an operator’s management practices. The audit program consists of a thorough review of an operator’s processes and procedures, regulatory compliance, and the operator’s implementation of and adherence to a safety management system (SMS).
