Foundation Financial Group Presents Reynolds Q2 Timothy Brosier Diamond Award
Rochester, New York (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- Foundation Financial Group employees from across the country awarded the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award to Lindsay Reynolds for outstanding service during the first quarter of 2013.
“I truly feel part of the FFG family and winning the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award means everything to me,” said Reynolds. “The award is based strictly on how others respond to my work ethic and performance. I love what I do, and winning this award is the greatest positive reinforcement that keeps me giving my all each and every day.
Foundation Financial Group presents Timothy Brosier Diamond Award winners with a crystal trophy and significant personal gift. For her personal gift, FFG is flying Reynolds and her significant other to Lawrence, Kansas and providing tickets to a Jayhawks game. For a diehard Kansas Jayhawks fan who has been living in Upstate New York and watching every game on TV, getting to cheer on her team at home court is a dream come true. However, Reynolds considers reading the uplifting nominations from her coworkers to be the greatest gift. She is determined to continue making a positive impact.
“Foundation Financial finds special ways to reward those who work hard and help others succeed,” said Reynolds. “FFG has been great to me since I started two years ago and has given me so many opportunities. This company does extraordinary things for its employees, and I look forward to belonging to the FFG family for a very long time.”
Every quarter, Foundation Financial Group honors an employee for maintaining a positive attitude while delivering exceptional service that extends beyond the call of duty. Foundation Financial employees nominate their colleagues for the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award throughout the quarter, and the FFG executive team then reviews all nominations and selects a winner.
The Timothy Brosier Diamond Award is a tribute to the legacy of a Foundation Financial Group employee who worked in the company’s Savannah, Georgia Regional Sales Center before losing a battle with cancer in late October 2010. Although Timothy Brosier was only an FFG employee for four months, his energy, humor and uncanny ability to encourage others with his no-excuses attitude touched many lives. Brosier, a native of Beloit, Wisconsin, played football and baseball at Beloit Memorial High School and later served in both the U.S. Army and the National Guard.
