Rudi’s Organic Bakery is a proud sponsor of the longest running benefit concert series in America focused on family farm agriculture.

'We're honored to be part of the Farm Aid benefit concert as it so closely aligns with our long history of supporting farmers who grow foods in the most sustainable way possible to provide all of us with healthy and delicious foods,' said Doug Radi.

Rudi’s Organic Bakery, the nation’s leading provider of certified organic breads and baked goods, is honored to announce it is an official sponsor of Farm Aid 2013 on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Farm Aid is a nonprofit whose mission is to keep family farmers on the land and thriving. Rudi’s Organic developed a partnership with Farm Aid for 2013 based on the shared mission between the two organizations to support more sustainable food choices and family farmers.

“We were founded on the belief that there’s a better, brighter way to bake bread and to support our local communities, and for more than 35 years, Rudi’s Organic has been baking nutritious, high-quality organic breads the whole family can enjoy,” said Doug Radi, senior vice president of marketing and sales for Rudi’s Organic. “We are honored to be part of the historic Farm Aid benefit concert as it so closely aligns with our long history of supporting farmers who grow foods in the most sustainable way possible to provide all of us with healthy and delicious foods.”

As a sponsor, Rudi’s Organic will provide concert guests with delicious and nutritious organic bread at Farm Aid's HOMEGROWN Concessions®, through which the Farm Aid serves only family farm-identified food at events. Rudi’s Organic will also provide breads for HOMEGROWN Catering for the artists and crew.

The Farm Aid 2013 concert lineup consists of Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young, and Dave Matthews (with Tim Reynolds) as well as Jack Johnson, Amos Lee, Jamey Johnson, Kacey Musgraves, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Sasha Dobson, Carlene Carter, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Bahamas, Pegi Young & The Survivors, Jesse Lenat, Insects vs. Robots and The Blackwood Quartet.

Rudi’s Organic offers a variety of organic breads and baked goods including sandwich breads, English muffins, hamburger buns, hot dog rolls, bagels and wraps. In 2010, Rudi’s Organic launched Rudi’s Gluten-Free, a line of all-natural gluten-free breads and baked goods including sandwich breads, tortillas, pizza crust, buns and rolls.
