Minimizer is pleased to announce Roger S. Malatt as the new Vice President of Sales.

Roger is a senior sales and business development leader with over 25 years of experience in creating and executing sales, marketing and operational strategies; identifying new business, products and transaction opportunities; and developing top performing teams.

Roger has helped international companies succeed by determining ways to increase their sales and subsequent profits. A key focus for Roger has been achieving on-going profitable revenue growth goals in both domestic and international channels by creating high performance sales teams.

During an interview, Roger stated that one of his main goals is to create new growth strategies and build upon the current success of the Minimizer business model. “There are extensive opportunities for domestic and global expansion of the Minimizer product lines and services. Minimizer truly has a unique and tremendous value proposition in its current product portfolio of fenders, custom floor mats, custom mud flaps and truck accessories and we can clearly leverage this core focus to gain new customers and penetrate new markets.”

Rogers’s skill sets are deeply rooted in new business development through domestic and international opportunities. During his career he also held the position of Vice President for Global Sales, Business Development & Marketing for CVG.

Prior to joining Minimizer Roger was also Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Sonoco/Alloyd Brands. There he transitioned sales and marketing teams from tactical to strategic sales and marketing management to initiate and execute new strategic growth plans.
