Katie’s Cards, the premium consumer Ecards subscription website, have created a new brand and interface, offering a dedicated company Ecards service called Ecard Mint. The new website is due to be launched in mid October, and will offer a selection of animated and static Christmas Ecards, as well as a host of other categories, developed for a variety of business applications.
Ecard Mint will offer two distinct services: firstly via the online website tools, customers will customise an existing ecard or create their own static Ecard, adding messages, logo, website link and social media buttons, then upload mailing lists and send the Ecard. After sending they can monitor the progress via a delivery report. There are three levels of annual account offered: Pay As You Go, Silver and Gold.
Secondly, Ecard Mint will also offer a bespoke, custom service whereby the designers, animators and technicians at Ecard Mint will create unique ecards, viral games, online advertising and websites to customers specific brief. The service will be based around great customer service, original and creative design and animation, coupled with an excellent technical platform.
Applications range from Christmas, birthday and other occasion-based greetings to customers and staff, reward and appreciation ecards, for example: thank you for your custom, sorry for a customer service issue, thank you for renewing a subscription or membership. Marketing communications and campaigns like the launch of new products and services, sales messages, keeping business contacts warm, engendering brand likeability, gaining at-desk attention with an animated mini-ad. Other uses include employee motivation, recognition and reward programmes, showing appreciation to staff and colleagues for a job well done, rewarding and celebrating staff achievements, acknowledging staff anniversaries, promotions and retirements.
The options are multiple and varied, offering companies a unique new tool to effectively communicate in an entertaining and engaging way with the staff, customers and stakeholders. The new site is due for launch in mid October 2013.
