Gables Residential Expands Third-Party Management Team in the West; Rials Joins as Vice President- Client Services, West

Third-Party Client Services continues to expand as Gables continues to grow the leadership team across the country.

Gables Residential, a leader in the management and development of multifamily apartment communities, recently hired Toni Rials as Vice President- Client Services, West. Toni Rials will be leading third-party operations on the west coast to include business development and client relations.

Toni was most recently Regional Vice President for Colonial Residential Trust where she was responsible for a portfolio in Texas. Prior to that, she was a Regional Manager for BRE Properties, Inc. responsible for a portfolio in Southern California. Toni’s expertise includes lease-ups, renovations, acquisitions and dispositions. In her new role, Toni will oversee all third-party communities in Texas, Arizona, California, Washington and Illinois. Her portfolio will currently be comprised of approximately 10,000 apartment homes spanning 36 communities and representing seven clients.
