We want to make continuous email access possible for organisations of any size and our new service does just this.
(PRWEB UK) 19 April 2013
iCritical – the web and email security vendor – has today announced that it will be showcasing its new always-on email continuity feature on stand D20 at this year’s Infosecurity Europe. From 23rd-25th April iCritical will be showing attendees to the Earls Court exhibition how they can stop email downtime affecting productivity with the new functionality.
With this new version of email continuity users will be able to access their emails at all times; even when the email server is out of action. Accessed via a web-based interface users will be able to login from anywhere, using any device with an internet connection, and continue to send and receive emails as normal. Never again will an organisation be limited by the effects of email downtime.
Commenting on the new feature, iCritical’s Managing Director, Chris Gee said, “Email is a business critical resource and few organisations can afford to be without it, but the cost of a continuity plan can be expensive. We want to make continuous email access possible for organisations of any size and our new service does just this. Whether you need to provide email access for 50 employees or 5000 employees, our service will easily accommodate both.”
iCritical currently offers free on-demand email continuity to its email security customers and will continue to do so once the new always-on version becomes available. The continuity feature enhancement is the first in a line of updates the company plans to release for its flagship email security service, mailCritical, in the coming months.
Other products in iCritical’s portfolio of cloud-based services include secure email archiving and web security and control.
