JobClocker holds the employee accountable for getting to the job site on time and clocking in from his mobile device using a QR code and GPS accountability system.
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) June 06, 2013
JobClocker, a web application and mobile app system designed to simplify time tracking for companies that have workers at multiple locations, has been launched online and released for both iOS and Android devices.
The application, founded by Marc Duffer and designed and developed by Nashville-based digital marketing and development agency Ten Fast Feet, combines GPS mapping, geofencing, time tracking and QR code technology to simplify job site management of any kind.
Duffer approached Ten Fast Feet several months ago with his frustrations of managing multiple sites for his construction business. Duffer, along with the team from Ten Fast Feet, developed JobClocker as the solution.
“We created JobClocker to alleviate the years of frustration I experienced keeping up with my employees’ timecards,” Duffer said. “I wanted to save money and time and focus on the important aspects of running a business. JobClocker holds the employee accountable for getting to the job site on time and clocking in from his mobile device using a QR code and GPS accountability system.”
The JobClocker app is free to download and is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Employers can purchase an administrative account on the JobClocker web application to manage their employees and job sites from a dashboard, which also allows for custom reporting, payroll and billing solutions.
“At Ten Fast Feet, we believe that every business problem has a technology solution,” said Nathan Maggard, chief executive officer and co-founder of Ten Fast Feet. “Our team created a solution that is elegant, user-friendly and efficient not just for our client, but for other similar businesses as well.”
