For the year ending December 31, 2012, Zuberance set new company records for total bookings, revenues, and renewals. The company also established a new record for monthly recurring revenues (MRR), a key performance indicator for software-as-a-service companies.

Quarterly Results Also Surge

Zuberance’s results for Q4 2012, which ended Dec. 31, 2012, also improved significantly over the same period in the previous year.

The company’s performance improved up to 81% in every important category: total bookings, revenues, MRR, average deal size, average contract length, bookings per salesperson, and total revenues collected. Zuberance’s renewal rate also improved 42% in Q4 2012 compared to Q4 2011.

Major New Customers

Zuberance attracted major new customers in 2012 including four divisions of the leading online university with over 80,000 undergraduate and graduate students; the world’s fastest-growing fitness franchise with over two million members; and one of the world’s largest hotel and casino companies.

In addition, Zuberance expanded its presence inside existing accounts. Zuberance added several divisions and product groups at the number one financial software company and at the leading online collaboration software company. This growth inside accounts demonstrates that Zuberance is delivering compelling value.
