Steve Pello, Vice President of Air Partner Solutions, brings extensive management, airline sales & marketing and business development experience to CCRA. Having worked for American Airlines for 22 years, Pello is also the previous owner of Carrier Travel in New York City and has held senior management positions at Directravel, Travel Savers and OneTravel.com. In his new position, Pello will develop AirSelect℠ business opportunities and build strategic relationships with new CCRA Preferred Airline Partners.
Terri Robinson, Manager of CCRA Air Partner Solutions, brings more than 33 years of extensive travel agency experience to CCRA – having previously held management positions at American Express, Directravel, and Hickory Travel. In her new position, Robinson will manage relationships with affiliated CCRA travel agencies and will lead the day-to-day administration of the AirSelect℠ program.
CCRA’s AirSelect℠ program provides an opportunity for international airline suppliers to increase their branding, visibility, and revenues by providing a single point of contact to educate and influence CCRA’s expansive U.S. travel agency distribution channel. CCRA’s preferred airline suppliers will gain access to high yielding, premium revenue tickets as well as the opportunity to market their existing products, new products and services, plus launch new international destinations to CCRA travel agency partners and their customers.
