NJIT Division of Continuing Professor Education announces they will be hosting a Google + Hangout Information Session to share information about their new IT Project Management PMP review course.

While the course will certainly prepare you for the comprehensive PMP exam with numerous exercises and practice questions, it has an IT flavor with significant real world emphasis with relevant examples and hands-on activities.

Professor Eljabiri, an expert in project management, will talk about the IT Project Management PMP review course and offer insight into this latest course that prepares professionals for the PMP exam. This NJIT, Newark, campus based course could benefit a broad range of professionals from all backgrounds and disciplines including: Business, Architecture and Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, and Finance.

IT projects have grown exponentially in complexity, scale, scope, budget and risk. Customers are more sophisticated and have a broad array of needs across numerous business processes, departments and value chains. This intensive course will teach sound project management principles and techniques from a PMP perspective across PMI’s nine key knowledge areas (scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement and integration) while addressing what project managers need to understand about managing and leading projects in business today.
