Military Times, a publication dedicated to revealing positive and practical actions to improve the lives and careers of soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, has released the results of the 2013 Best for Vets: Franchises Survey.

According to the Military Times website, the rankings were determined by a survey taken from franchise brands who rated franchises based on a number of factors including: continuity, growth, initial investment, franchise fee discounts, startup cost discounts, royalty discounts and reservists.

In 2013, six of the Dwyer Group’s brands were ranked among the top 25 franchise brands for veterans and service members.

The Dwyer Group brands were ranked as follows:

  • The Grounds Guys® was ranked at #6
  • Glass Doctor® was ranked at #13
  • Mr. Rooter® was ranked at #17
  • Mr. Appliance® was ranked at #20
  • Aire Serv® was ranked at #21
  • Rainbow International® ranked at #25
