Statêra, a leading provider of technology solutions that drive business transformation, announces the successful launch of a new customer relationship management (CRM) system using for the leading producer of intelligent motor control technology for motorized window coverings, projection screens, retractable awnings, rolling shutters, and exterior solar protection products. It is a division of a major national custom-made window coverings manufacturer.

Previously, the company was managing its marketing, sales and customer service functions without a CRM technology solution, and previous attempts to start one had been unsuccessful.
