The ElliptiGO is such a unique product that it allows us to bring realistic workout videos not only to indoor cyclists, but to users of elliptical machines and the ElliptiGO itself.

ElliptiGO Inc., creator of the world’s fastest elliptical bicycles, and Ride Fit™, a leading provider of virtual workout videos, today announced the release of the Warrior video. This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout features live-action footage of ElliptiGO riders and is designed for those using an elliptical trainer, stationary elliptical bike or indoor cycling equipment. The Warrior video includes an overlaid digital dashboard that provides elliptical users and stationary cyclists all the information and motivation necessary for a great structured workout. A perfect complement to the Ride Fit ElliptiGO World Championships video released in November 2012, this intense training video by Ride Fit is available by download for $8.99 MSRP or on DVD for $18.99 MSRP at http://www.ride-fit.com.

“We’re excited to be expanding our video training offerings as we continue our partnership with Ride Fit,” said Bryan Pate, Co-Founder and Co-President of ElliptiGO. "The Warrior video’s High Intensity Interval Training provides a very different training experience from the ElliptiGO World Championships video and lets our customers introduce some variety to their indoor training."

The Ride Fit Warrior training video features great live-action video footage shot in California and Nevada. Viewers experience riding down the Las Vegas Strip, through the Nevada Desert and along the Southern California coast. The workout video is synchronized to heart-pumping seamless music provided by the UK-based music company, Body Rocker Fitness.

“We are thrilled again to be able to work with ElliptiGO to develop this High Intensity Interval Training virtual workout video,” says Gary Hawkins, Founder of Ride Fit. “The ElliptiGO is such a unique product that it allows us to bring realistic workout videos not only to indoor cyclists, but to users of elliptical machines and the ElliptiGO itself.”

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, accelerated glucose metabolism, and increased fat burning. According to MuscleMagazine.com, “Research shows that HIIT workouts can burn adipose (fat) tissue up to 50% more effectively than low-intensity exercise.”
