Physicians are asked, "If you needed medical care, which doctor would you choose?"

Dr. Samuel Pang and Dr. Isaac Glatstein, both Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, have been named by their physician peers to the 2013 Boston Super Doctors list. A rigorous multi-step process is used to designate physicians who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

In the first step of the designation process, physicians in specific geographic areas are invited to nominate colleagues they know to be exceptional in their specified fields. Physicians are asked to consider the following question: "If you needed medical care in one of the following specialties, which doctor would you choose?" Numerous safeguards are in place to prevent ballot manipulation and doctors may not nominate themselves.

The research staff of the Key Professional Media company also contribute to the pool of candidates by searching medical databases, online sources and professional publications for doctors who have attained certain credentials, honors or professional achievements. Candidates are evaluated based on a number of criteria including years of experience, hospital appointments, fellowships, professional activities, leadership positions, academic achievements, Board certifications, awards and honors.

Dr. Samuel Pang has been the Medical Director at RSC New England since 2007. Prior to that he was Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Deaconess Waltham Hospital. He completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto and completed Fellowship study in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Pang is also Director of the Reproductive Science Center's Donor Egg and Gestational Surrogacy program. He has conducted extensive research, published professional articles, and is frequently invited to speak to professional and lay audiences on menopause, male infertility, third party assisted reproduction and other topics.

Dr. Isaac Glatstein is Associate Medical Director at RSC New England. He is a Harvard trained, Board Certified specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Glatstein received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his Residency training on Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York.
