Statêra, a leading provider of technology solutions that drive business transformation, successfully implemented a Salesforce.com program in two weeks for a leading recruiting firm. The company manages hundreds of potential candidate contacts, and promotes five major recruiting conferences a year. This firm asked Statêra to implement, train users and provide business process improvement related to Account, Contact, and Campaign Management using Salesforce.com (SFDC).

Statêra leveraged its SFDC Quick Start methodology to deploy a functional and easy to use configuration of the SFDC Sales Cloud in two weeks. Statêra provided project management, requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, reporting and custom tailored training during the engagement. Statêra implemented Campaign and Email template functionality and new business processes to promote and manage replies to invitations to the five major recruiting conferences per year. Statêra also enabled Salesforce Touch to support mobile capabilities, simplified the user’s experience by removing unused views and fields, and provided new fields to better manage and track Accounts and Contacts.

Statêra’s Quick Start rollout of Salesforce.com across sales and marketing functions streamlined marketing process to improve communication with new and existing candidates; opened doors to new marketing initiatives and opportunities; broadened potential client touch points; and reduced time and resources needed to promote and manage recruiting events for the recruiting firm.
