The chance to win $2,014 provides an added incentive for people to take time to examine their financial health in the New Year.
MELBOURNE, FL (PRWEB) January 02, 2014
Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) rings in the New Year with a contest to win $2,014. The 2014 Watchdog Challenge runs for six weeks from January 2 through February 14. Each week, SCCU will email participants and publish new financial challenges online. Every completed challenge enters participants into a drawing for $2,014.
SCCU is a not-for-profit, member owned cooperative that returns profits to its member-owners in form of lower rates. The SCCU Members’ Watchdog is a symbol of trust, based on ownership, which protects members from lies, rip-offs, and wasted time. The 2014 Watchdog Challenge was created to raise awareness of the Watchdog promise and provides a unique way to look out for our members’ financial interests. Each week, participants have the opportunity to look for money and time saving opportunities. The goal is that the challenges, educational tips, and product offerings will help members achieve their financial resolutions.
“Whether it’s reducing auto or mortgage loan rates, saving on credit card interest with a balance transfer, or setting up direct deposit to a nicknamed savings account, we are confident that we can help our members save money,” said Laura Richard, SCCU’s Vice President of Marketing. “The chance to win $2,014 provides an added incentive for people to take time to examine their financial health in the New Year.”
Members and non-members are encouraged to participate in the Watchdog Challenge. No purchase is required. The more challenges completed, the more chances to win $2,014. Completing all six challenges earns additional entry into the drawing plus an additional drawing for the chance to win an extra $100.
