Activu Corporation, a leading provider of innovative video wall visualization and collaboration solutions, today announced the appointment of Richard Aguinaldo as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Aguinaldo, who has over 18 years of corporate finance experience with public and private companies, will oversee all finance activities at Activu.

Most recently, Aguinaldo was a Finance Director at ShoreTel, Inc., a global telecommunications public company with approximately $300 million in annual revenues and nearly 1,000 employees. Prior to ShoreTel, he was the VP, Finance and Controller for M5 Networks, Inc., where he was instrumental in growing the company from $3 million to $60 million in annual revenues through organic and acquisitive growth before it was acquired by ShoreTel. Aguinaldo has also previously held finance positions at Metropolitan Telecommunications (Mettel), Espernet.com and RCG Information Technology.

Aguinaldo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Economics from Union College.
