BidPrime, Real-Time Government Bids

We’re looking to create a more personalized and efficient system for our clients.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) January 06, 2014

BidPrime.com, the leading database of government bids and contract intelligence, has announced today that it captured almost 1.1 million government bids and contract opportunities in 2013. This represents an 18 percent increase over the 929,000 bids captured in 2012.

“More municipalities and schools have posted their bid opportunities online in the last year to reach out to a larger pool of vendors,” says Chris Wilkenson, BidPrime’s Director of Content. “The increase in the number of bids from our evolving database of government bid opportunities over the last year has helped our clients earn more business and establish new government clients.”

With its growth in data over the last year, the company is adding a new Account Management department to provide a dedicated Account Manager for new clients. “Our Account Managers will be available to our clients through a direct line and email when they need, without navigating call centers and long holding support queues,” says Lauren Immell, BidPrime’s Marketing Coordinator. “We’re looking to create a more personalized and efficient system for our clients to get the information they need.”

BidPrime Account Managers:

  •      Personalized account set ups and consultation for new clients
  •      Refine and exclude irrelevant bids and maximize user’s experience
  •      Support for enterprise accounts to set up multiple users by region or vertical
  •      Available daily by direct line/email

“Our Account Managers are someone you can call, that you can count on. They are people who will know you by name and already understand your business, your market, and your concerns,” Mrs. Immell states.

BidPrime plans to add additional account technicians and account management team members throughout 2014 as it prepares the official release of its new product suite, currently in a test phase.
