The New York International Beer Competition is excited with the quality and international range of beer, cider and sake that is being submitted to its third annual beer competition. All of the judges are real trade buyers judging the beer, cider and sake by its category and actual price. It is becoming one of the most respected international beer competitions in the world due to the quality of judges and its judging format.

The New York International Beer Competition is part of the New York International Beverage Competitions which also consists of the New York International Spirits Competition and New York International Wine Competition.

The New York International Wine Competition will be accepting submissions beginning February 14th, 2014. This competition is open to all commercially produced wines from around the world. The trade buyer judges are some of the top sommeliers, restaurant buyers, beverage directors, distributors and importers from New York. All trade buyers will be judging the wine by its category and actual price. The competition will be held May 18-19th 2014.

The New York International Spirits Competition will be accepting submissions beginning August 1st, 2014. This competition is open to all commercially produced spirits from around the world. As with all of the competitions, all of the judges are real trade buyers judging the spirit by its category and actual price. All the trade buyers will be judging the spirits by its category and actual price. The competition will be held October 18-19th.

Unlike other competitions where over 80% of those who submit win a medal, The New York International Beverage Competition’s award on average less than 50% of those who submit a medal. The trade buyers in the industry are tired of these medal factories and respect the results from their judging peers who include the actual price in the final decision.
