The NHS Human Services Inc. Board of Directors has elected Daniel M. DiLella as a new member of the Board at their annual meeting on November 8, 2013. Mr. DiLella is a principal of Equus Capital Partners and serves as the firm’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Equus is a multi-faceted national real estate investment company.
Mr. DiLella is a member of the Board of Trustees of Villanova University, Chair of the Advisory Board of Roman Catholic High School, and serves on the Drexel University Real Estate Advisory Council and the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, among others. Mr. DiLella received an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
The NHS Human Services Inc. Board of Directors has also appointed new Board members for NHS Enterprises Inc., which oversees the for profit activities of NHS including pharmacy services, facilities maintenance, training and training center rentals and consulting services. The Board will set the overall strategy for NHS Enterprises including marketing, acquisitions, expansion and capitalization of all activities.
The newly appointed members are:
Lynette M. Brown-Sow, Vice President for Marketing and Government Relations at Community College of Philadelphia;
The Honorable Patrick J. Kennedy, former United States Representative from Rhode Island and a national mental health and addictions advocate;
Lawrence R. Lesser, an attorney with Friedman, Schuman, Applebaum, Nemeroff & McCaffery, PC;
Jim Lynch, founding partner of Patriot Financial Partners;
Joseph Martz, Executive Director of the Board of Directors of City Trusts in Philadelphia; and
The Honorable M. Joseph Rocks, Chairman and CEO of NHS Human Services, Inc.
