Management Concepts Press has added three new volumes to The Government Manager’s Essential Library with the publication of The Government Manager’s Guide to Leading Teams, by Lisa DiTullio; The Government Manager’s Guide to Earned Value Management, by Charles I. Budd and Charlene S. Budd; and The Government Manager’s Guide to the Statement of Work, by Michael G. Martin, PMP.

Emphasis is placed on the relevant reports that contractors are required to submit to the federal government as part of their compliance with mandated EVM on projects as well as how to analyze those reports.

About the Authors: Charles I. Budd is a principal of Budd Management Systems and is currently developing project management automation tools and consulting on information systems projects as well as conducting seminars. Charlene S. Budd is a professor emeritus at Baylor University where she taught graduate management accounting and project management classes.

VOLUME 10: The Government Manager’s Guide to the Statement of Work
Michael G. Martin offers practical guidance on writing and preparing a description of government requirements, whether the document used is a statement of work (SOW), a performance work statement (PWS), or a statement of objectives (SOO).
