zumBrunnen, Inc., an independent building consulting firm, is celebrating their 25th anniversary. Founded in 1989 by John zumBrunnen, the Atlanta-based firm specializes in construction consulting, facility assessments, property condition assessments and long-range capital reserve planning services for a diverse list of national clients. The firm is also recognized for their proprietary FacilityForecast® Software System, a unique facilities condition assessment and budgeting tool designed to forecast and manage long-term capital replacement and operating expenses, depreciation expenses and income.

Prior to founding the company in 1989, John zumBrunnen performed traditional bank inspection services for many years and saw an opportunity to create an enhanced service model that created greater value for all parties. This uncompromising passion to deliver value to the entire project team gave birth to the firm 25 years ago, and it endures today.

“As independent building consultants, we assist investors, building owners and property managers in making smart facilities and business decisions that save time, money and shield them from risk,” explains John zumBrunnen, Founder and Managing Partner of zumBrunnen, Inc. “What sets us apart is our unbiased and objective building and management expertise. All of our Senior Project Managers have degrees in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 20 years experience. We advise, facilitate and bring value to the entire team with a unique approach that mitigates risk, protects profits and keeps projects moving forward. We offer real value to owners and their investors who want quality buildings and lower operating expenses. We are grateful for our clients and are honored to share this milestone achievement with them.”

To meet the changing needs of their clients, zumBrunnen also relocated their Atlanta office recently. Their new address is 5881 Glenridge Drive, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30328. The new location offers more amenities for their team and provides greater ease of access to major highways.

In addition, zumBrunnen redeveloped their entire website to better showcase their experience and provide an enhanced portal for clients to access their reports. The new website offers helpful tips, resources and blog topics to answer common industry questions. The site also features a secure portal for clients so they may easily review their reports.
