Intelex is proud to announce it has been named a 2014 AceTech Leadership Initiative award winner for outstanding performance in organic growth. This award follows a series of accolades for Intelex, including being named Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2014, as well as a 2014 GTA Top Employer.

CEO Mark Jaine received this award for the company’s incredible record of organic growth, achieving staggering year over year growth in excess of 35%, for more than 8 consecutive years without any external funding. Intelex was founded in 1992 and over the past decade has emerged as one of the leading software companies in Canada, also being named one of the best managed companies in Canada by Deloitte this past year.

“We’re truly honoured to have received this award for the second year in a row and I’m looking forward to sharing our experience with the other AceTech CEOs and learning about the incredible things the other award winners are doing in their organizations,” says Mark Jaine, President and CEO of Intelex.

The AceTech Ontario Leadership Initiative is designed to tap into the vast knowledge and experience of the AceTech Ontario CEOs members with the intention of facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices across the association. Winners of the Leadership Initiative commit to presenting on their area of expertise and to providing hands-on material to help other CEOs who wish to achieve similar results.

“The Leadership Initiative Awards were established to recognize the innovative ways our member companies are achieving success,” says Jo Ann Dizy, Executive Director, AceTech Ontario. “Intelex is a prime example of these qualities. We are proud to recognize Intelex for their outstanding business achievements, as well as for their contributions as a member of our organization.”

AceTech Ontario is a non-profit organization that provides a gateway for programs and opportunities for CEOs and their executive teams to learn, network and share experiences with a closely knit, carefully qualified group of peers. Member companies apply for the Leadership Initiative designation by outlining their best practices, significant experience and best-of-class processes in specific topic areas.
