Security Weaver, a leading provider of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, announced that its Separations Enforcer 3.0 solution has achieved certified integration with the SAP® ERP application running on the SAP HANA® platform.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Separations Enforcer 3.0 integrates with SAP ERP 6.0 running on SAP HANA. Sumit Sangha, chairman of Security Weaver, said, “The SAP HANA platform is a game changer in terms of how quickly data can be compiled, analyzed and shared. Security Weaver recognized the benefits this platform would have for our customers. Fortunately, our products were architected using in-memory design principles almost a decade ago, and we have stayed true to design choices that have ensured world class performance over the years.”

Security Weaver Separations Enforcer 3.0 simulates, analyzes, and reports on the activities of users and their roles within SAP software, helping to ensure the activities conducted are free from segregation of duty (SoD) conflicts or critical access concerns. In those situations where an enterprise accepts certain SoD conflicts or critical access risks, Separations Enforcer provides integrated mitigation management capabilities. Separations Enforcer is typically implemented in less than a day and has been shown to require less maintenance than many alternative solutions.

Having designed many of its products to leverage underlying SAP technology, Security Weaver has always been able to support rapid and low risk implementations as well as exceptional application performance across enterprises of all sizes. The ability for Separations Enforcer 3.0 to work with SAP ERP running on SAP HANA will further enhance performance and continue the tradition of excellence.

The certification of Separations Enforcer 3.0 also demonstrates Security Weaver’s commitment to continuously improve its software. Security Weaver has been quick to make use of the best SAP technologies, such as SAP HANA.

“Knowing that Separations Enforcer 3.0 has achieved SAP-certified integration with SAP ERP running on SAP HANA gives Security Weaver customers even more confidence that they can be ready for anything,” said Sandeep Gupta, chief technology officer at Security Weaver. “We have made many investments in many different areas to ensure upgrading Security Weaver products is quick and easy.
