Orgasmic Meditation, otherwise known as OM, became buzz words in sex last year. Investigated in articles by Cosmopolitan, Playboy, Penthouse, Gawker, and many more, this practice is taught in San Francisco and across the country by OneTaste. It is a 15-minute exploration of female orgasm which until now, in order to get in-depth instruction, singles and couples had to attend a class in one of OneTaste's ten locations, or work with a OneTaste-trained OM Coach. On January 25th 2014, OneTaste will launch the online version of their signature three-hour OM Basics Class, live streamed directly from San Francisco. People interested in enrolling can visit http://www.learntoom.us
This is the first OM Basics class offered completely online. Participants can join in from anywhere and learn everything they need to know to begin their “OM Practice.” The class includes a thorough overview of the beginning philosophy behind OM, an introduction to a new definition of Orgasm (the difference between Climax and Orgasm), a discussion on the benefits of an OM practice, and detailed instruction on how to master the clitoral “Stroking Technique.”
The class will also include a live demonstration of OM, by two practitioners who have been “OMing” for a long time. So participants will be able to see what is possible with continued practice. It's like seeing a symphony before learning scales. Throughout the class, participants will be able to see, interact, and chat with each other online from all over the World.
OM is already recommended by some Doctors, especially women's health experts. “We see benefits in mood, sleep, and energy. We also see that people who have a practice are able to heal from past emotional traumas.” - Pooja Lakshmin, Stanford-trained MD
"OM may be the best treatment available for our stress-crazed lives and overtaxed adrenal glands. It may just be the best possible hormone therapy for women of all ages." - Dr. Sara Gottfried, Harvard-trained MD
"As a women's sexual health expert, I recommend OM to all my women.” - Dr. Anna Cabeca, board certified Gynecologist and Obstetrician
The suggested pre-requisite for the class is to watch the eight-minute “How to OM Video,” which is available to watch for free on OneTaste's website.
