Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) January 27, 2014
Today, Florida orthodontist and American patriot, Dr. Larry Kawa launched TheStateoftheUnion.com, a website designed to fact check President Obama's 2014 State of the Union address scheduled for January 28, 2014.
"The President has continuously used rhetoric and slick talking to mask the truth about his record. TheStateoftheUnion.com will serve as a reminder to this President that you can talk circles on the microphone, but you can't hide from the truth," stated Dr. Larry Kawa, creator of TheStateoftheUnion.com.
The 2014 State of the Union address will be one of the last for President Barack Obama, whose term expires in 2017. Originally started as a set of suggestions for Congress, the State of the Union address has now become over the last 20 years a list of mandates for the President to impose on Congress.
"The State of the Union is an opportunity for America to assess the progress that it has made over the last year and propose new ideas to improve the future. It's important that the American people see the failed policies of this administration and how they've damaged our nation," said Kawa.
President Obama has indicated that he will focus the 2014 version of the State of the Union address on income inequality, which will subsequently be the focus of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
"What won't be discussed at the State of the Union and at Davos is America's wasteful spending. We have a President who has gone on a spending spree that not even Visa and Mastercard could imagine in their wildest dreams," according to Kawa, who has launched several educational programs to inform Americans about the nation's financial status. "The United States has almost doubled its national debt during this presidency and we have not plans to stop this financial madness."
TheStateoftheUnion.com will feature up to date information on claims and statistics used by the President and will be a resource for those looking for information on the State of the Union address. It has been rising in popularity on sites like Google and Facebook.
