Work has finally been completed on the first floor of the company's headquarters located in Horsforth. The facility will predominantly be used for Mac and iPad repairs, allowing the company to compartmentalize work and restrict it to specialist repair technicians. Jack explains that despite the existing facility being over 1500 sq/ft in size they still struggled to find room due to the sheer volume and number of repairs being conducted concurrently.
"This allows us to improve our turn around times and customer satisfaction, we will focus primarily on the iPad repairs, as well as the Mac repairs." The company offer a screen replacement service for all Apple devices including iMac Macbook iPad and iPhone.
The company has also been trialling console repairs but indicated that it would wait until it was better able to cope with demand for its existing services before going after this niche in any big way, "While we already have a number one ranking for console repairs in the Leeds area on Google, we are purposely turning business away until we streamline things allowing a quicker turn around."
Jack was also excited to reveal other avenues of business his company has been exploring and hinted at a possible contract with Samsung to become an official partner allowing Samsung to use its repair facility to promote its brand. "We have a healthy amount of respect for Samsung as they haven't let Apple out of their sight and continue to challenge them in every area, it is in our interest that Samsung succeed and we would love to work with them."
