Today, RJP Consulting Group announced the launch of a new brand identity package and website. The new brand design, developed in conjunction with Maven Creative and Smithworks, aims to strengthen the already successful position among national competitors. In addition, this new brand enhances the appeal among new customers and partners while aiding continued growth of redefining construction management.
“Having a regional based presence with a strong market position is very important to us,” said Robert Peppelman, President and CEO of RJP Consulting Group. “We wanted to continue to make a valuable contribution in growing our nationally outsourced construction management solution while serving needs of all of our clients throughout the entire USA.”
The aim of the nearly 8-month process was to establish a shared understanding of a national brand to current RJP Consulting customers and new clients. Maven Creative helped develop a new long-term logo while Smithworks proved the data and intel. The company’s core qualities include strength in trustworthiness, industry leadership, proven methodologies, flexibilities to move talent, internal KPI’s and foresighted thinking. In addition, the application of a cloud based propriety technology are the driving force of the RJP Consulting brand positioning. RJP Consulting Group offers solutions for the future with constant pursuit of more customer-oriented programs and services. This provided Maven with the basis for developing the new brand idea: “Construction Management Redefined.”

We needed our brand identity to match our team with a clear vision and a company mark with a distinctive profile.”
Our guiding principle “Construction Management Redefined” was also essential to the process of updating the visual identity. The logo design was modified without compromising the original legacy and history of the founder. The new brand design, colors, clarity, brightness and shape played a decisive role in communicating RJP's focus on people and our process. When exploring imagery the RJP Team felt confident in the cornerstone connecting RJP in both a physical and metaphorical sense. “The square shape represents a building showing the building blocks to construction as well as RJP's relationships. The cornerstone is set apart, just as RJP Consulting is from competitors. RJP Consulting strives to be different and approaches the contraction management business model unlike traditional historical practices. It also can be viewed as an arrow directing upwards towards progress and our true North. In addition, we feel the cornerstone models our desire to integrate seamlessly with our client’s culture and environment,” said Werner.
The new logo has a very exclusive, sophisticated look. The blues and greens were added to enhance the colors to create impressions ranging from refined to vibrant depending on the purpose of the communication. The brand is brought to life through the interplay of all the design elements including the new brand typeface, tone of voice, imagery and the use of pictures. These allowed RJP Consulting to explore and tell stories of some of past projects throughout the USA which communicate the company’s mindset and philosophy.
