IQ Services, an outside-in contact center testing and monitoring service provider, has announced two members of its team – Russ Zilles and Tim Murphy- have been promoted. IQ Services continues the trend to build leaders within the organization.

Russ Zilles, a member of the original IQ Services team (1996) and former President, is now CEO. Jim Jenkins, former CEO, has been elected Chairman of the Board and valued advisor after 17 years with IQ Services and more the 40 years in the industry.

Prior to joining IQ Services in 1996, Russ worked with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Norstan Communications and NCR/AT&T. His 30+ years working in the information technology sector includes work with a wide range of interactive voice response systems and extensive management experience in operations, product development and integration.

Tim Murphy, the former controller of IQ Services, has taken on the position of CFO. Prior to joining IQ Services in 2010, Tim worked in several management positions as well as owning his own business. His versatility and understanding of the "operations" of a business are key to his financial knowledge.
