This February, My Yoga Online is pleased to present you with our latest practice guide just in time for Valentine's Day. Anahata: The Heart of Yoga runs February 7th-14th on MyYogaOnline.com. Sign up for the guide to receive eight daily emails with links to heart-opening yoga practices, meditation and insights to light up your spirit. Connect to your heart this month and open yourself to the infinite possibilities within!

“We created this guide as way to offer daily yoga practices that awaken us to the wisdom of the heart,” says My Yoga Online co-founder Michelle Trantina. “Our aim is to provide yoga classes, meditations and insights to help the practitioner connect to anahata—the heart chakra, and experience the joy that resides within each pose.”

Active participants in the practice guide can win daily prizes from My Yoga Online by practicing and engaging daily and sharing the guide with friends! Our most active participant will win a grand prize gift basket valued at over $280 plus a $500 charitable donation on their behalf made to the Haven.

The Haven provides a place where women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer can go for a free program of in-depth support that's been designed to improve their quality of life. Specialist nurses and experts in nutrition, yoga, exercise and emotional support provide tailor-made programs for each person that comes through their doors.

“We are so pleased to support the Haven as part of our Anahata Practice Guide,” says Trantina. “They offer such an essential place of healing and support for women and their families.”

Since they first opened in London, England in 2000, the Haven has helped over 10,000 people living with breast cancer, along with their families.

A $500 donation will go towards supporting women at the Haven with specialty programs such as counseling, acupuncture and more. Want to get involved? $17 a month for one year could provide three hours of specialist counseling for one visitor—invaluable for anyone finding it difficult to cope with their diagnosis. $80 a month for one year could buy a year's supply of acupuncture needles for all of the Haven's locations. $165 a month for one year will enable a visitor to complete an individual program of care at The Haven. To make a donation, or for more information visit http://www.thehaven.org.uk.

Yoga teaches us that the heart is the center of wisdom in our bodies, where our true essence resides. This February, connect to the wisdom of the heart and let your inner light shine with Anahata: The Heart of Yoga.
