viastore systems announced that Don Keller has joined the company’s North American operations as chief financial officer.

Keller was previously director of finance & accounting for Ilitch Holdings Inc., in Detroit. Ilitch Holdings provides professional services to Ilitch Owned Companies including Little Caesars, Blue Line Food Distribution, Champion Foods, Little Ceasars Pizza Kits, Olympia Entertainment, Olympia Development, Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Uptown Entertainment. Prior to that, Keller was Director of Finance with Budco: The Dialogue Company, a Detroit-based leading fulfillment and direct marketing company.

Keller has a MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance and Management from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.

At viastore, Keller will be responsible for the financial strategy of the company and oversee all finance functions, including, external reporting, audit, tax, risk management, and business unit finance.

Keller is replacing Joe Stojak, who will be stepping down from viastore after a transition period. Stojak has been with viastore since 1993. “Joe has been a key member of the executive team at viastore and helped guide the company effectively,” added Tobin. “We want to congratulate Joe on his over 20 years of service to viastore.”
