Nellson Nutraceutical, L.L.C. (“Nellson” or the “Company”) announced today that Ted Schouten has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ted will also retain his current senior management role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Nellson.
Ted has served on Nellson’s executive leadership team since joining the company as CFO in 2005. In 2008, he was also named COO, and today remains responsible for all aspects of operations, finance, information systems, human resources and supply chain across the company’s manufacturing footprint. Prior to his tenure with Nellson, Schouten held executive positions with Electronic Arts, Sara Lee Bakery and General Electric.
